In our daily lives we are so absorbed in our tasks and problems, that we do not stop to think about the meaning of our lives, of the universe and whether all that we are doing will have any continuity after this life.

Only when we let our minds calm down in the darkness of the night, we can appreciate the magnificence of the cosmos of which we are a part and our brain begins to analyse the meaning of our existence.

Here are some disturbing and real facts about your life and the universe. This may affect your state of mind, so be warned if you want to continue.

The best way to explain this is to free ourselves from the earthly prison, from the prejudices and problems in the ship of thought. On this ship we all travel at this time, over a million people interacting with each other through avatars.

We are a universe in our own right, as I look at the thousands of stars with the naked eye I ask myself, how is it possible to be seeing stars dozens of light-years away and galaxies millions of light-years away if from the horizon of the earth I can only see about 3.5 kilometres.

The solution to this is that the earth is a tiny dot in the vacuum of space, a world shaped like a sphere and an oblate, lost in the vastness of the cosmos.

There are all the people you know and don't know, our worries, joys and sorrows. And to think that in this tiny blue dot we meet most of the time people we will never see again, is something that makes us shudder.

Moreover, from this tiny little ball you are going to be in places for the last time in your life.

What are we to our planet? Most people in our world in a couple of generations will be forgotten, as if they never existed.

Your lifespan is so short that according to a study by Randall Munroe, the chances of you meeting your better half in such a small region and in such a short lifespan are tiny. One chance in 10,000.

Since the earth existed, there have been 110 billion people and today there are 8 billion of us, so the true love of your life may be dead or not yet born.

The world's life expectancy is 73 years, one third of it is spent sleeping and the other half working, of which we only enjoy a fraction and at least 30 percent of people will live alone and misunderstood.

We were stardust and to dust we will return in absolute solitude.

Humans share the planet with millions of species, animals and plants. Humans represent only 0.01 per cent of life on the planet. If we look at the lifespan of humanity on earth, it is even worse.

The earth was formed 4.5 billion years ago and it was only about 3 million years ago that hominids appeared. That means that humanity has only been on earth for 0.006 percent of the time.

Who made us believe that we are so indispensable? Our existence and our home are worthless. From earth's orbit we occupy tiny bits of earth and some people think they are something in the great cosmos of which we are a part.

You are no more insignificant than a king, a politician, a rich man or a poor man. Even some of our laws are nothing more than wallpaper disappearing into the cosmic vastness, succumbing to the true universal and absolute laws that govern and obey us all: such as gravity, the four fundamental forces, quantum particles and the formation of matter.

After all, as Stephen Hawking said, humanity is so insignificant compared to the universe that being a handicapped person is of no cosmic importance.

But you really exist, you just believe you exist. Everything you believe is a neural elaboration, if you have felt insignificant on your own planet, prepare to travel into the vastness of space.

The distances in space are so immense that if we were to pick a random point and travel thousands of light years we would not hit any object.

Our Milky Way galaxy contains around 300 billion stars in an immense space. And according to data from the Kepler space telescope, there could be 600 billion planets and 6 billion of them could be habitable like ours.

In our universe there could be trillions of galaxies like ours, with trillions of planets. A number so large that it is impossible to imagine.

And on each of those planets there could be intelligent beings who don't even know we exist. Nor can we ever know, not because we can't travel to them, but because we don't have time.

We are the equivalent of a blink of an eye in the cosmos. If we could visit one planet per second in the time of a human lifetime, we would only be able to see 0.4 percent of the planets in the Milky Way.

Imagine how many incredible civilisations and regions we will never see. Amazing cultures that we will never know about, inhospitable regions of true beauty.

Space and time are too big. We see nothing in real time, only shadows, ghosts. The light that reaches us from these stars took thousands of years to reach us, and the light from these gigantic galaxies like HD1, 13.5 billion light years away from us, probably doesn't even exist anymore.

According to Einstein's relativity every object has its own time. Gravity fields and velocities cause time dilation and almost everything in the universe has mass and velocity, nothing is at rest,

What time are we really in? From our point of view the right now does not exist in the universe, there are only different moments and it all depends on my mass and the velocity at which I am moving.

From this point of view your moment of life is so ephemeral and your actions so minute that you practically do not exist for almost nobody and you are nothing in the universe.

In the midst of all this immensity I feel like a consciousness, a brain that is active in a fleeting instant of existence.

I am only a biological being and I exist for almost nobody. This is how I feel, but I reveal myself, my mind is in fusion with the universe and I find myself again among the stars.

Even in the thought ship that is made up of over a million people, I will only be able to interact with less than 0.1 percent of them in my lifetime.

If I have been able to reply to your comment, give you a heart or a like, it is because you are part of that 0.1 percent.

We are a wonderful cosmic coincidence in the middle of this immense space, sharing the same knowledge. It's really scary and amazing at the same time.

Look at that a supernova. The death of a star that will give rise to new planets and other stars. The transformation of matter and eternal renewal.

That is what we become all the time. We function as the same cosmos, whether we are humans, plants, animals or inert matter. We share the same destiny. Death in our bodies is defined as lifelessness where everything is extinguished.

Some religions believe that only humans have souls and that we go to heaven and others to hell, but no one has ever stopped to think that before you were alive you were dead for an eternity.

And life is that state between a future and a past of darkness. The present, a flash that blinds us.

It is terrifying, today you are alive and tomorrow you may be dead in absolute nothingness but before you can experience any more pain your senses will shut down.

True agony only comes from being alive. We are now in a tiny instant of life in the great cosmic machinery that never ceases to create.

Who set the universe in motion, is there something beyond nothingness, an eternal energy that never runs out?

In our ship of thought we leave our physical bodies, we forget our human problems and banalities, just listen to the universe is music, symphony through the vibrating strings, creative goddesses of energy and matter. There we are, vibrating and creating every part of the cosmos.

Interaction with kindred systems is universal love. Here there is no prejudice, no censorship, no absurd laws. The time system of the quantum world is unrestricted. 

There is no beginning and no end, only vibration, in infinite transformations, experiencing absolute creation.

And each transformation is born from the vibration of quantum strings, an extraordinary orchestra that expands throughout space-time. We are part of every particle and atom in the cosmos, anchored in the same mesh with an astonishing distribution.

It is incredible how the matter of the universe can create such complex beings that rebel against everything, capable of giving everything for love and filling themselves with hate to destroy it.

From the cosmic point of view we are a particle in the great web, a meticulous quantum network, where our information is transferred, mixed and evolves. Could it be that which they call the soul?

Quantum mechanics tells us that information is never lost. We must travel even further into multiverses where we will repeat history with other beings, other beginnings, there are no limits.

It is we humans who set limits to everything. Even from here I remember the blue speck of dust with 8 billion people lost in time and space.

At that moment I remembered all those kings, oligarchs, politicians and tax collectors who think they are lords and masters. Fighting for insignificant power they live an illusion that will last a breath, today they covet everything and tomorrow they sadly disappear forever.

We live fateful lives, robotised, without stopping to think about the cruel truth. We are just passing through and the cosmos teaches us that in the face of death we are all the same.

If each of us were to sit and think about our immediate end and our loneliness in the cosmos, we would go mad and feel useless.

It is far better to think that in this cosmic snap of life, we are on a planet that is a pearl in the desert.

From the big bang to the present day, it took a succession of almost impossible coincidences for you to be here. From the formation of the stars, the planets, the galaxy, the evolution of life itself, to arrive at this channel and debate with me about life and the universe. Within our insignificance we are a miracle.

Even if you don't want to see it yet, the probability of our existence is practically zero. Now we understand that in this universe and we did not appear out of nowhere, we have always transformed ourselves over and over again and we only awaken at the ideal moment to be able to ask ourselves questions.

We live in an incredible moment in which the universe has transformed consciousness, the cosmos is pure beauty. We will always have another opportunity to continue creating and evolving.

It is up to us to make the most of the little time we have. To be able to do something useful with the miracle of life and to be remembered until humanity is nothing more than stardust.

Cuando me siento abrumado por los problemas del día a día, me pongo a pensar absorto en lo insignificantes que somos ante la inmensidad del universo y me digo: "Vamos, no es para tanto"

Saludos internautas.

En nuestra vida cotidiana estamos tan absortos en nuestras tareas y problemas, que no nos paramos a pensar en el sentido de nuestras vidas, del universo y si todo esto que estamos haciendo tendrá alguna continuidad después de esta vida.

Solo cuando dejamos la mente en calma en la oscuridad de la noche, podemos apreciar la magnificencia del cosmos del que formamos parte y nuestro cerebro empieza analizar el sentido de nuestra existencia.

A continuación vas a conocer datos perturbadores y reales de tu vida y el universo. Esto puede afectar tu estado mental, estás avisado si quieres continuar.

La mejor manera de explicar esto, es liberarnos de la prisión terrestre, de los prejuicios y problemas en la nave del pensamiento. En esta nave viajamos todos en este momento, más de un millón de personas que interactúan mediante los demás mediante avatares.

Somos un universo por derecho propio, mientras veo las miles de estrellas a simple vista me pregunto, cómo es posible estar viendo estrellas a docenas de años-luz y galaxias a millones de años-luz si desde el horizonte de la tierra sólo alcanzo a ver unos 3’5 kilómetros.

La solución a ello es que la tierra es un punto diminuto en el vacío espacial, un mundo con forma de esfera y de oblato, perdido en la inmensidad del cosmos.

Allí está toda la gente que conoces y no conoces, nuestras preocupaciones, alegrías y tristezas. Y pensar que en este diminuto punto azul nos encontramos la mayoría del tiempo personas que nunca volveremos a ver, es algo que nos hace estremecer.

Más aún, desde esta diminuta bolita vas a estar en lugares por última vez en tu vida.

¿Qué somos para nuestro planeta? La mayoría de personas de nuestro mundo en un par de generaciones serán olvidadas, como si nunca hubieran existido.

Tu tiempo de vida es tan breve que según un estudio de Randall Munroe, las posibilidades que encuentres a tu media naranja en una región pequeña y en un tiempo de vida tan corto son ínfimas. Una posibilidad entre 10.000.

Desde que existió la tierra, ha habido 110 mil millones de personas y hoy somos 8 mil millones, así que posiblemente el verdadero amor de tu vida esté muerto o aún no haya nacido.

La esperanza de vida mundial es de 73 años, un tercio de ella nos la pasamos durmiendo y la otra mitad trabajando, de la que solo disfrutamos una fracción y al menos el 30 por ciento de las personas vivirán solas e incomprendidas.

Fuimos polvo estelar y al polvo volveremos en la más absoluta soledad.

Los humanos comparten el planeta con millones de especies, animales y plantas. Los humanos sólo representamos el 0,01 por ciento de la vida del planeta. Si analizamos el tiempo de vida de la humanidad sobre la tierra es aún peor.

La tierra se formó hace 4.500 millones de años y solo hace unos 3 millones de años que aparecieron los homínidos. Eso representa que la humanidad sólo ha estado un 0’ 006 por ciento del tiempo en la tierra.

¿Quién nos hizo creer que somos tan indispensables? Nuestra existencia y nuestro hogar son despreciables. Desde la órbita de la tierra ocupamos pequeños trocitos de tierra y algunos se creen algo en el gran cosmos del que formamos parte.

Tú no eres más insignificante que un rey, que un político, que un rico o un pobre. Incluso algunas de nuestras leyes no son más que papel pintado que desaparece en la inmensidad cósmica, sucumbiendo a las verdaderas leyes universales y absolutas que nos rigen y obedecemos todos: como la gravedad, las cuatro fuerzas fundamentales, las partículas cuánticas y la formación de la materia.

Al fin y al cabo como dijo Stephen Hawking, la humanidad es tan insignificante si la comparamos con el universo que el hecho de ser un minusválido no tiene ninguna importancia cósmica.

Pero existe realmente, solo crees que existes. Todo lo que tú crees es una elaboración neuronal, si te has sentido insignificante en tu propio planeta, prepárate para viajar a las inmensidades del espacio.

Las distancias en el espacio son tan inmensas que si escogiéramos un punto al azar y viajaremos miles de años luz no llegaríamos a chocar con ningún objeto.

Nuestra galaxia vía láctea, contiene alrededor de 300 mil millones de estrellas en un espacio inmenso. Y según datos del telescopio espacial Kepler podría albergar 600 mil millones de planetas y 6 mil millones de ellos serían habitables como el nuestro.

En nuestro universo podrían existir billones de galaxias como la nuestra, con trillones de planetas. Una cantidad tan grande que resulta imposible de imaginar.

Y en cada uno de esos planetas pueden existir seres inteligentes que no saben ni siquiera que existimos. Ni podremos conocer jamás, no porque no podamos viajar a ellos, sino porque no tenemos tiempo.

Somos el equivalente a un parpadeo en el cosmos. Si pudiéramos visitar un planeta por segundo en el tiempo de una vida humana, solo alcanzaríamos a ver un 0,4 por ciento de planetas de la vía láctea.

Imagínate la gran cantidad de civilizaciones y regiones increíbles que no podremos ver. Culturas asombrosas que nunca sabremos de ellas, regiones inhóspitas de auténtica belleza.

El espacio y el tiempo son demasiado grandes. Nada lo vemos en tiempo real, son sólo sombras, fantasmas. La luz que nos llega de esas estrellas necesitó miles de años en llegar hacia nosotros y la luz de esas gigantescas galaxias como HD1 a 13 mil 500 millones de años luz de nosotros seguramente ya ni existe.

Según la relatividad de Einstein cada objeto tiene su propio tiempo. Los campos de gravedad y las velocidades provocan dilatación temporal y casi todo en el universo tiene masa y velocidad, nada está en reposo,

¿En qué momento estamos realmente? Desde nuestro punto de vista el ahora mismo no existe en el universo, solo existen diferentes momentos y todo depende de mi masa y la velocidad a la que me nueva.

Desde este punto de vista tu momento de vida es tan efímero y tus acciones tan ínfimas que prácticamente no existes para casi nadie y no eres nada en el universo.

En medio de toda esta inmensidad me siento una consciencia, un cerebro que está activo en un instante de fuga de existencia.

Solo soy un ser biológico y prácticamente no existo para casi nadie. Así me siento, pero me revelo, mi mente está en fusión con el universo y vuelvo a encontrarme entre las estrellas.

Incluso en la nave del pensamiento que está formada por más de un millón de personas, sólo podré interactuar con menos del 0,1 por ciento de ellas en mi tiempo de vida.

Si he podido contestar a tu comentario, darte un corazón o un like, es que tú formas parte de ese 0,1 por ciento.

Somos una coincidencia cósmica maravillosa en medio de este inmenso espacio, compartiendo los mismos conocimientos. Es realmente aterrador y asombroso al mismo tiempo.

Mira eso una supernova. La muerte de una estrella que dará lugar a nuevos planetas y otras estrellas. La transformación de la materia y la renovación eterna.

En eso nos convertimos todo el tiempo. Funcionamos como el mismo cosmos, ya seamos humanos, plantas, animales o materia inerte. Compartimos el mismo destino. La muerte en nuestros cuerpos se define como ausencia de vida donde todo se apaga.

Algunas religiones creen que sólo los humanos tienen almas y que vamos al cielo y otras al infierno, pero nadie se ha parado a pensar que antes de estar vivo estuviste muerto una eternidad.

Y la vida es ese estado entre un futuro y pasado de oscuridad. El presente, un flash que nos deja cegados.

Es terrorífico, hoy estás vivo y mañana puedes estar muerto en la nada absoluta pero antes que puedas experimentar más dolor tus sentidos se apagarán.

La verdadera agonía solo se produce estando vivo. Ahora estamos en un instante ínfimo de vida en la gran maquinaria cósmica que no deja de crear.

¿Quién puso en movimiento al universo? ¿Hay algo más allá de la nada? ¿Una energía eterna que nunca se agota?

En nuestra nave del pensamiento dejamos nuestros cuerpos físicos olvidamos nuestros problemas y banalidades humanas, sólo escucha el universo es música, sinfonía a través de las cuerdas vibrantes, diosas creadoras de la energía y la materia. Ahí estamos nosotros, vibrando y creando cada parte del cosmos.

La interacción con sistemas afines es el amor universal. Aquí no hay prejuicios, censura, ni leyes absurdas. El sistema temporal del mundo cuántico sin restricciones.

No hay principio ni fin, solo vibración, en infinitas transformaciones, experimentando la creación absoluta.

Y cada transformación nace de la vibración de cuerdas cuánticas, una extraordinaria orquesta que se expande a lo largo de todo el espacio-tiempo. Formamos parte de cada partícula y cada átomo del cosmos, anclados en la misma malla con una distribución sorprendente.

Es increíble como la materia del universo pueda llegar a crear seres tan complejos que se rebelan contra todo, capaces de dar todo por amor y llenarse de odio para destruirlo.

Desde el punto de vista cósmico somos una partícula en el gran entramado, una meticulosa red cuántica, donde nuestra información se transfiere, se mezcla y evoluciona. ¿Será eso que llaman alma?

La mecánica cuántica nos indica que la información nunca se pierde. Debemos viajar aún más lejos incluso por multiversos donde repetiremos la historia con otros seres, otros comienzos, no hay límites.

Somos los humanos los que ponemos límites a todo. Incluso desde aquí me acuerdo de la mota de polvo azul con 8 mil millones de personas perdidas en el tiempo y el espacio.

En ese momento recordé a todos aquellos reyes, oligarcas, políticos y recaudadores de impuestos que se creen amos y señores. Luchando por un poder insignificante viven una ilusión que durará un suspiro, hoy codician todo y mañana tristemente desaparecen para siempre.

Vivimos vidas aciagas, robotizadas, sin pararnos a pensar la cruel verdad. Estamos de paso y el cosmos nos enseña que ante la muerte somos todos iguales.

Si cada uno de nosotros se sentará y pensará en su fin inmediato y su soledad en el cosmos, se volvería loco y se sentiría inútil.

Es mucho mejor pensar que en este chasquido cósmico de vida, estamos en un planeta que es una perla en el desierto.

Desde el big bang hasta nuestros días, fueron necesarias una sucesión de coincidencias casi imposibles para que estuvieras aquí. Desde la formación de las estrellas, los planetas, la galaxia, la misma evolución de la vida hasta llegar a este canal y debatir conmigo sobre la vida y el universo. Dentro de nuestra insignificancia somos un milagro.

Aunque aún no lo quieras ver, la probabilidad de que exista es prácticamente cero. Ahora comprendemos que en este universo y nosotros no aparecimos de la nada siempre nos hemos transformado una y otra vez y solo despertamos en el momento ideal para poder hacernos preguntas.

Vivimos un momento increíble en que el universo se ha transformado la consciencia el cosmos es pura belleza. Siempre tendremos otra oportunidad de seguir creando y evolucionando.

En nosotros está el aprovechar el poco tiempo que tenemos. En poder hacer algo útil con el milagro de la vida y ser recordados hasta que la humanidad no sea más que polvo estelar.

GASTRONOMÍA DEL BLOG "ASTURIAS EN IMÁGENES"

"RECETA, DE UN SENCILLO Y BARATO POTAJE DE LEGUMBRES QUE TIENE UNOS CASI, EFECTOS MILAGROSOS, EN NUESTRA SALUD"

Distinguidos amigos y seguidores de todas las edades; Desde el conocimiento  que me dan mis muchos años, si por Suerte entráis en mi Blog, quiero compartir una Sencillísima Receta, que admite muchas variantes y que os alimentará siempre; con efectos positivos, que mejorarán vuestra, espero, buna salud.

Para 4 raciones, se necesita; un kilo de zanahorias que deberéis pelas y trocear; medio kilo de patatas, cortadas chasqueando en trozos pequeños;  un litro de Caldo de Verduras Hacendado de Mercadona, que vale un euro y que tiene un 10,6% de hortalizas, sin lactosa, sin gluten y sin conservantes ni colorantes.

En una Olla Rápida lo cocináis, en conjunto, de 12 a15 minutos, según el gusto, al nivel de potencia 2, y una vez abierta la Olla, con un colador dejáis el Caldo resultante separado de las patatas y zanahorias, ya bien cocidas, para añadirle 35 gramos de pasta de fideos finos, u otra que sea vuestra preferida, que cuando pase el tiempo de cocción de la pasta añadida, se une otra vez, a las zanahorias y a las patatas.

En un cazo pequeño se hierven diez minutos, dos huevos, atemperados previamente, cubiertos de agua, a fuego medio y con el añadido de un poco de sal y unas gotas de vinagre, para facilitar el pelado de los mismos, después de tenerlos dos minutos, cortándoles la cocción, bien cubiertos en agua fría.

Y a Disfrutar,  por menos de un euro cada ración, de sus nutritivos y medicinales efectos, de este simplísimo Potaje de toda Estación.

Esta ha sido mi solitaria comida de hoy, y mañana repetiré con gusto, el mismo y Saludable Menú.

Entre las variantes que podréis aportar a futuros Potajes, está el añadir, una docena de corazones de alcachofas baby, congeladas, un poco de apio, o un puerro troceado.

El Resumen de sus Virtudes son; 1º Ayudar a Reducir los niveles del colesterol malo; 2º Reducir el exceso del ácido úrico en la sangre; 3º Tener efectos antioxidantes; 4º Ser un conjunto diurético eficaz; 5º Aliviar el estrás diario; 6º Al tener vitamina B6. cobre y hierro,  incrementan la necesaria energía diaria; 7º Y al ser alimentos ricos en fibra, favorecen controlar vuestro excesivo? peso y mantener vuestras esbeltas figuras.

Os recuerdo, como seguro bien sabéis, que el brócoli, las espinacas, los espárragos. los champiñones y los guisantes, que tienen muchísimas virtudes alimentarias, por tener un alto contenido de Purinas, son negativos si tenéis un exceso de ácido úrico en vuestra sangre, incluso siendo la misma, de color Azul.
