Residence for British citizens after January 2021
After the negotiation period there are two possible situations that can be reached.

El segundo y último requisito es tener un contrato de seguro médico privado o público. En caso de que trabajes, tus contribuciones mensuales a la seguridad social serán suficientes, ya que tienes derecho al sistema sanitario español. En caso de no trabajar, es obligatorio tener uno privado.
Por último, deberás pagar la tasa correspondiente (que es de unos 12 euros). Y obtendrás tu certificado de la UE.
